Prince Edward OPP are investigating an assault from Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called around 1:00 p.m. and following the investigation, charged a 61 year old with assault causing bodily harm.
The man was released on a promise to appear, which will happen next month.
His name is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
