It has been in the planning for half a decade and now it is finally done.
Friday morning was the official re-opening of the Corby Park Rose Garden in the heart of Belleville.
Officials, volunteers and dignitaries gathered for the dedication.
Doug Patterson is a decedent of Henry Corby who donated the property for the park.
He says it is a huge achievement.
It is now open to the public
