Fire departments continue to be busy with grass fires.
There were two fires in Napanee yesterday (Tuesday), one in Trent Hills, and one in Prince Edward
County yesterday afternoon.
That fire, on Prince Edward County Road 4, was started when a vehicle caught fire while on the road.
The driver pulled over and got out, and that started a grass fire. County firefighters had the fire out quickly.
And, last night, there was a small grass fire on Old Highway 2 in the heart of Shannonville.
There were no reports of injuries in any of the incidents.
