While many people are already cutting back their water consumption because of this historic drought,
Prince Edward County council will likely put formal water use bylaws in effect at a special meeting tomorrow (Thursday) morning.

The Mayor says if bylaws are in place, county staff be out enforcing water conservation regulations.
