Belleville, Ontario – On the 5th of August 2016 during the morning hours, police performed a compliance check on the accused, a 24 year old Belleville woman who was under house arrest as a result of a Conditional Sentence Order. At 1:30 p.m. the accused was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
