Prince Edward County OPP dealt with an unruly young man last night in Consecon.
About 8 p.m. officers were called to a dispute at a residential facility in the hamlet.
After an investigation, they discovered that a 14-year-old boy had threatened other people and threatened to damage property there.
He has been charged with two counts of uttering threats, and one count of mischief under $5000.
The youth has also been charged with one count of failing to comply with a sentence or disposition under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The boy was later released on a Promise to Appear in Picton Court on September 19, 2016.
His name will not be released.
