Charges against a 19 year old have been withdrawn, in a case where a man died in Amherstview earlier this year.
On March 22nd, Napanee OPP were called to a home, after a 46 year old man had serious injuries.
Randall Clayton Brockwell was taken to hospital, where he later died.
Hannah Victoria Brockwell was originally charged with aggravated assault, however Monday in Napanee court, her charges were withdrawn.
Following further investigation police determined the death was accidental and no foul play was involved.
