A local band is getting some national attention from the Canadian Country Music Association.
Cold Creek County, hailing out of Brighton, have been nominated for the rising star award, group or duo of the year and video of the year, for “Our Town”.
In the Rising Star Category, they will be up against River Town Saints, who are preforming at Belleville Empire Rockfest next week.
The CCMA’s go in September in London.
