Bancroft OPP have charged well known Toronto Star columnist Rosie DiManno with assault.
OPP report responding to an altercation between two people Tuesday evening on Finnegan Lane near Coe Hill.
As a result of the investigation, the 60 year old DiManno has been charged.
She is due in Bancroft court July 26.
No other detail was made available.
