Some good news if you were planning to shop at the Trenton Farmer’s Market this weekend.
You’ll have three extra hours to browse through the different vendors, after Quinte West Council agreed to extend the market for three extra hours this Saturday, as part of the Festival on the Bay.
Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison says the move will benefit both festival-goers and vendors alike.
The farmer’s market is usually open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but will stay open until 4:00 p.m. this Saturday.
The market will return to normal hours next week.
