85 cars were signed in for a Saturday night of stock car racing at Brighton Speedway including the Southern Ontario Sprints. Dylan Westbrook of Oakland Ontario took the lead on lap 20 and scored his second straight win in the S.O.S. series.
There were newcomers to victory lane this weekend. Jonah Mutton of Brighton earned his first “Pro Stock” win of the season. And Josh Hennessey of Picton won the first “Canadian Modified” feature of his career.
Charlie Sandercock of Belleville took his second checkered flag in the “Pro Late Model” competition. Winners in the “Stingers” class were Del MacGregor of Brighton and Napanee’s Dylan Lobb.
