Intoxicated Person
Belleville Ont, At approx. 11:30 p.m. police attended the area of Bleecker Ave. in response to a disturbance. Officers arrived and observed a broken window on a house. After further investigation a female nearby was arrested for mischief and public intoxication. She was not charged for the mischief but was transported to the Belleville Police. The Belleville woman in her 30s was released on a P.O.N.
Breach of Probation
Belleville Ont. At 8:30 p.m. an officer on Sidney St. observed two males acting suspiciously. After a short conversation with the males it was determined that one of the males was breaching his probation by consuming alcohol. The Brighton male in his 20s was charged with one count of breach of probation and released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in August.
