A Trenton man has been sentenced to 18 months probation, after three pedestrians were hit by a car in Brighton in 2015.
During Applefest in September, a disagreement occurred between a pedestrian and a man in a car.
The driver backed out of a parking spot, slamming the victim against another vehicle.
Shortly after, the other two were struck close by.
Nathan Arsenault was charged with three counts of assault with a weapon, along with dangerous operation and failing to stop at an accident.
Quinte News has learned that Arsenault was given probation, a six month conditional sentence, a three-year driving prohibition, must submit a DNA order and a five-year weapons prohibition.
