The Belleville Police Service was kept busy with a number of disturbances at local bars overnight Saturday.
At approximately 2 this morning police attended a downtown establishment for a disturbance and arrested a 27 year old female on an outstanding warrant. She was charged with 2 counts of uttering threats to cause death. The female is being held in custody for a bail hearing on Monday (July 4).
Police attended 2 other establishments in the north end of the city for disturbances. Two males from the Toronto area were arrested and charged with public intoxication under the Liquor License Act.
