Visits and normal operations have resumed at Collins Bay Institution near Kingston, following a week-long search of the facility.
The security measures were put in place on June 22, after two inmates were assaulted in the medium security unit.
Assistant Warden of Management Services Wayne Buller says no unauthorized items were found during the search.
No other details were released about the incident that spurred the lock down, or the condition of either of the victims.
