A teen has been charged with a B and E in Belleville Wednesday.
Just after 7:30 a.m., city police were called to a home on Charlotte Street, where a home was broken into and a car had been stolen.
Less than an hour later, officers on Haig Road observed the vehicle and they arrested the driver.
A 17 year old is charged with break and enter, theft and three counts of breach of recognizance.
He has a bail hearing today.
