Community Development Council of Quinte is thrilled to announce that the 17th Annual Good Baby Box Food Drive has surpassed its goal of 7,500 jars.
Thanks to the generosity of businesses, schools, organizations, the faith community and the general public we surpassed our goal and collected a total of 11,575 jars!!!
“Again, this year the Bay of Quinte community stepped up to donate to the program. I am completely overwhelmed at the number of jars collected,” says Bev Heuving, Program Coordinator. This is the largest good baby box food drive in the history of the program.”
In 2015, the Good Baby Box program distributed 5,584 baby boxes to over 1,200 children throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.
