Downtown Cobourg was the scene of a lot of police activity last night.
Cobourg Police and Northumberland OPP closed a part of King Street around 10 o’clock after a suspected break in at the Cobourg Pharmacy.
Northumberland Today reports two people were taken into custody before midnight and King Street was opened to traffic.
Emergency Response and Canine units were involved in the investigation.
