Work on the new Shorelines Casino Belleville project is moving forward into the summer.
Chuck Keeling is with Great Canadian Gaming and says they are still on time with all the work.
Over the summer, Keeling says they will be working primarily on the external structure of the building.
He says the economic spinoff will be roughly $72 million, with local contractors bidding on several construction jobs so far.
The opening is slated for early next year.
