A Bancroft-area doctor and his wife have been ordered to stand trial on forgery charges, along with other offences.
Seventy-year-old Rob Kamermans and 68-year-old Mary Kamermans were originally charged four years ago following an investigation into forgery involving signatures on applicants’ applications for medical marijuana.
The couple lost an appeal, and will now stand trial in Superior Court.
The trial will also include charges of fraud, money laundering, proceeds of crime and trafficking in marijuana.
