Police attended at the intersection of Foster and Queen Street in relation to a two-car accident. One person suffered minor injuries. Both drivers were charged as a 22 year old Belleville man was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign. The other driver, a 19 year old Belleville woman, was charged with “G1 driver – no licenced driver in vehicle”.
A 31 year old Belleville man was charged with driving while under suspension during a routine traffic stop on Station Street in Belleville. He will appear in Traffic court later this month.
A traffic stop on Tracey Street yeilded a driver that had been drinking and he provided a breath sample into a roadside screening device. The 31 year old Belleville man registered a “warn” and as a result his driver’s licence was suspended for three days.
