Tens of thousands of dollars have been raised, thanks to one of the area’s premier golf tournaments.
Thursday was the Doctor Mac Open at Black Bear Ridge, to support the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.
120 golfers supported cancer care at the local hospital.
Bonnie Smithrim has been battling cancer and says the support was wonderful.
The final numbers are not in, however they are expected to be in and around the foundation’s goal of $50,000
