A location has been chosen for a new display featuring a Canadian Forces Light Armoured Vehicle in Quinte West.
The city’s Corporate Finance Committee is recommending the LAVIII Monument be placed immediately west of the Afghanistan Repatriation Memorial in Bain Park.
The cost of bringing the LAVIII to Quinte West and installing it will be paid for by fundraising.
