OPP have confirmed nobody was injured during a house fire near Bancroft this morning.
Crews responded to a home on Peterson Road, in Hastings Highlands, around 8:30 this morning to find the home ablaze.
North Hastings Firefighters were able to put out the flames without too much problem and again nobody was injured.
At this point, there’s no estimate on damage costs, or a cause of the blaze, but police and the Ontario Fire Marshal are still investigating.
Anyone who might have information on the fire is also being asked to call Bancroft OPP.
