Belleville’s Zwick’s Park is going to be family central Saturday.
Family Artfest is happening down by the Bay of Quinte.
It runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is absolutely free.
There is sand art in a bottle, fly swatter and truck painting, bracelet and bookmark making, chalk art, clay sculpting, face art and much more.
