A Belleville man has died followng a fatal collision west of Bancroft.
Around six p.m. yesterday (Wednesday) Haliburton Highlands OPP and Highlands East Fire were called to a single vehicle crash on Highway 118, near Hadlington Road.
The OPP say a Kia Rondo going east, left the road, slamming into a rock cut.
64 year old Gerald Pope of Belleville was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Traffic Investigators Unit is continuing to look into the incident.
