Assault
On the 22nd of May at 10:00 a.m. police responded to the area of Station St. with relation to a domestic. Investigation resulted in a 23 year old Belleville man being arrested and held for a bail hearing on charges of assault with a weapon and assault. No serious injuries were sustained in the incident.
Breach of Probation
On the 23rd of May at approximately 2:00 a.m. 26 year old Justin Samis-Prentice of Prince Edward County was arrested for violating his probation by consuming alchohol. Samis-Prentice was found drinking in a north end licensed establishment. He is being held for a bail hearing.
