Belleville police are asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle and driver.
Police were called to the area of Bridge Street West and Dunbar street in the west end around 11 last night.
There were reports a man was committing an indecent act inside of his vehicle.
The man was described as white with short brown hair and in his 20s or 30s.
The vehicle was a newer model silver car with a logo or stripe on it.
