Beach season is officially here and that means local health units will again be testing water quality at local swimming spots, to make sure it’s safe.
Health Units across the province, including Hastings Prince Edward, take weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly samples from beaches across the area, to check for bacteria like E.Coli.
This week no beaches are posted as unsafe for swimming.
You can find a list of when beaches in your area will be tested, by visiting quintenews.com.
