Stirling-Rawdon council has changed the zoning on a property to make it more marketable.
The public works building and property on East Front Street in the village is up for sale, but had been zoned as “Community Facility”.
Now, council has approved a change to an “Urban Commercial” zone.
The property has been up for sale for some time.
