Domestic Assault- Arrest
Belleville, Ontario- On the 14th of May 2016 at approximately 9:50 p.m. Police responded to the complaint of domestic disturbance in the west end of the city. Investigation revealed that a male party had assaulted and threatened a female victim. A 47 year old male from Belleville is being held for a bail hearing at Belleville Provincial Court on the 16th of May 2016 on charges of assault and uttering death threats. The victim did not need medical attention in this matter.
