Failing to comply with judicial orders
Belleville, Ontario – On May 8th, 2016, at 9:00 p.m. police attended a food establishment on Dundas Street West for a suspicious persons call. A 31 year old Belleville man was arrested and charged for failing to abide by a court condition to reside at a residence in Ottawa. The man will appear in Belleville court later today for a bail hearing.
Belleville, Ontario – On May 9th, 2016, at 2:47 a.m. police attended in the area of North Front Street and Tracey Street for a suspicious persons call. Police arrested a 27 year old man from Cobourg for failing to abide by an undertaking condition to not consume alcohol and to not go to a licensed establishment. The man was charged with 2 counts of breach and released on a Promise to Appear with a court date set for June 9th, 2016.
Warrants
Belleville, Ontario – On May 8th, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. police attended the GTA to bring a wanted 21 year old Belleville man back to the Quinte area for court. The male was wanted by Belleville Police on charges of possession of stolen property and failing to attend for court/prints – stemming from incidents early this year. The male will appear in Belleville court later today.
