An 11 year old boy is dead after being hit by a dump truck north of Roseneath yesterday afternoon.
The accident happened on County Road 45 near Rice Lake at 3:35.
County Road 45 was closed until 10 o’clock last night as police investigated the accident.
A report in Northumberland News says the brother of the boy killed was with him when it happened
and may have witnessed the accident
