The Belleville Police Service responded to 56 calls for service between May 3rd, 2016 at 5:00 a.m. and May 4th, 2016 at 5:00 a.m.
Traffic Enforcement
Belleville, Ontario – On May 3rd, 2016, at 9:18 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Bridge Street East. A 28 year old Belleville man was charged with driving under suspension. He will appear in Traffic Court on May 30th. His car was impounded for seven days.
On May 3rd, 2016, at 12:53 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Pinnacle Street. A 23 year old Belleville man was charged with driving without insurance. He will appear in Traffic Court on May 30th.
On May 3rd, 2016, at 3:19 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Donald Street. The officer seized the licence plates as they did not belong on that vehicle. The 18 year old Belleville woman was charged with failing to apply for a permit upon becoming owner.
