The local disaster relief committee is calling it quits.
The committee was sparked following the spring flood of 2014 and left Foxboro residents with hundreds of thousands of dollar in damages.
Committee chair Mike Letwin says minimal public support from fundraisers and political red tape kept the committee from raising its $55,000 target.
Letwin says now $14,000 will be spread out between 11 residents.
