OPP are looking for a young man, who they say, set a car on fire north of Napanee this past weekend.
Police were first called around 2:00 p.m. Saturday and told a blue Pontiac Sunfire went into the ditch on Roblin Road and nobody was around.
While they were on their way, officers were updated that a 19 or 20 year-old man walked up to the vehicle, set it on fire and ran from the scene eastbound on Roblin Road and south into the bushes.
The canine unit and emergency response team looked for the man but were unable to locate him.
Investigators say damage to the car is so bad, they’re still trying to figure out if it’s stolen.
The suspect is described as a man, about 19 or 20, with shaggy hair, a camouflage jacket, camouflage hat, jeans and boots.
Anyone with information can call Napanee OPP or Crimestoppers.
