UPDATE: The missing teen has now been reported safe and sound
Belleville, Ontario – On the 21st of April 2016 at approximately 10 p.m. Belleville Police investigated the report of a missing youth. Grayson Stewart 16yrs was last seen walking on Oakridge Blvd. Stewart is described as male Caucasian 5’10″, 140 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a dark blue and grey windbreaker with blue shorts. Break and Enter – Stolen Vehicle Arrest
Belleville, Ontario, On the 21st of April 2016 at approximately 10:15 p.m. Police investigated a residential break and enter on Elgin St. Culprit(s) entered the residence by forcing a window. Property was removed and the owner’s vehicle was taken. Later in the evening officers located the vehicle in the Holloway Street area. Officers located a suspect nearby and a foot pursuit began. Officers arrested the suspect in nearby backyards. A 33yr old male from Belleville is being held for a bail hearing on the 22nd of April. He is charged with break and enter commit theft, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 x 2, theft under $5000, resist arrest, breach probation order x 3 and possession of a schedule 1 substance (cocaine). Mischief Arrest
Belleville, Ontario- On the 21st of April 2016 at approximately 8:55 a.m. Police responded to the complaint of a male spray painting a building in the area of Benjamin Street. Witnesses identified the male walking in the area nearby. A 24yr old male was arrested and charged with mischief to property under $5000, and 2 counts of breaching a probation order contrary to the Criminal Code. He is being held for a bail hearing at Belleville Provincial Court on the 22nd of April.
Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario- On the 21st of April 2016 at 4:45 p.m. Police investigated a break and enter to a residence on McDonald Gardens. Investigation revealed that during a short period in the afternoon unknown person(s) entered the residence and attempted to removed property.
