A Belleville teenager has been arrested on an outstanding warrant, after being chased twice by police this afternoon.
Officers noticed the boy walking by the police station on Dundas Street, around noon today and chased him around William and Charles Streets, until he got away.
Then around 2:00 p.m., police got a tip that the boy was in the area of Chatham Street, so they responded and chased him again, eventually arresting him on Bleeker Avenue.
His charges include two counts of failing to appear.
He was held for a show cause hearing tomorrow.
