The Belleville Police Service responded to 60 calls for service between April 16th, 2016 at 5:00 a.m. and April 17th, 2016 at 5:00 a.m.
Accidents
Belleville, Ontario – On April 16th, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. police attended on North Front Street in relation to a two-car accident. An 87-year old woman was charged with “follow too closely” under the Highway Traffic Act. There were no injuries.
Disturbances
Belleville, Ontario – On April 17th, 2016, at 12:33 a.m. officers attended on Front Street in relation to an unruly male who would not leave a business when asked. Police located the male who left upon request.
At 1:37 a.m. police attended at a North Front Street business in response to fifteen people fighting inside the premises. The group was removed from the business and sent on their respective ways. There were no reported injuries.
At 3:27 a.m. officers attended in a parking lot on North Front Street at Bell Blvd. in relation to two males fighting. The males were separated and sent off in separate cabs.
