A Picton man has been sentenced to 90 days on child pornography convictions.
Today 29-year-old Brett Lavigne was sentenced on charges of possessing and accessing child pornography.
Lavigne was charged in March 2015 following a two month online investigation that led OPP to a Picton residence with computers containing images of sexual abuse.
Today, Justice Stephen Hunter handed down the three month concurrent sentence.
Lavigne was given three years probation and ordered to submit a sample to the DNA data bank.
He will be put on the sex offender registry for 20 years and cannot attend public places, work or volunteer in areas where children under 16 frequent.
