It appears alcohol was a factor in a collision in Quinte West over the weekend.
Just before 2:00 a.m. Saturday, crews were called to the crash at Hamilton and Meyers Creek Road.
Two vehicles were damaged, however no one was injured.
50 year old James Ryan of Quinte West has been charged with care and control over 80 milligrams and impaired.
He has a court date April 28th.
