Campbellford’s Nathan Dunkley led a group of 5 Quinte Minor Midget Red Devils at this years Ontario Hockey League draft.
The Kingston Frontenacs selected the skilled centre in the first round of Saturday’s proceedings. Dunkley is a strong offensive player scoring 24 goals and 47 points in 34 games for the Red Devils this season.
Devils right winger Dawson Baker of Baltimore was taken by Sudbury in round 4. Two Red Devils went in the7th. Owen Sound selected right winger Matt Sherwin of Campbellford while Niagara grabbed defenceman Joe Roy from Stirling. And goaltender Evan Morrison of Stirling was taken by Flint in the 15th round.
