A door to door scam is making its way through Quinte West.
OPP say they have received complaints about people going door to door stating they are City of Quinte West employees.
The suspects are asking to install a filter on a water pipe.
The city says they have no one going door to door inspecting pipes.
If someone does come to your door without proper identification, contact the police.
