Belleville Police have released a description of the suspect, who they say robbed a downtown bank this morning.
City Police say the man entered the Scotiabank at 175 Front Street, just before 10:00 this morning and demanded cash.
Investigators say there was no weapon involved and nobody was hurt, but he was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money.
He fled east on a downtown side street, towards Pinnacle.
The suspect is described as a white man, 45 to 55 years-old, about 5’7”, with an average build.
He was clean shaven, with a pock-marked face and large reddish nose, and was wearing an old, black leather jacket, grey hoody sunglasses and running shoes.
