If you live near Lake Ontario, south of Brighton and west of Prince Edward County, you might see some interesting sights in the sky tonight.
Members of the 424 Transport and Rescue Squadron at CFB Trenton will once again be conducting flare training, between 8:00 and 11:00 tonight.
You may notice a C-130 Hercules flying around and launching yellow-white flairs from about 5,500 feet, which helps soldiers train for night time search and rescue missions and night flying.
Other than noticing the flares, or hearing the buzz of the aircraft, you likely won’t notice any other disruptions.
