A 27-year-old Belleville woman has been charged after a two-year-old child reportedly fell out of a moving vehicle yesterday.
At 4:20 p.m. officers responded to the area of Thorncliffe Drive and Harvest Crescent where the alleged incident happened.
Today, as a result of numerous calls to police, the suspect was charged with failing to ensure a toddler is properly secured and driving while under suspension.
She has a court date in late April.
The child suffered minor injuries.
Belleville police are thanking the public for their assistance.
