A lightning strike at a local home Monday morning.
Brighton and Trent Hills fire crews were called to a home near Warkworth, where a home owner reports his house was hit by a lightning bolt.
Crews responded to County Road 29, where the lightning struck a phone line, connecting to the house.
Brighton Fire Chief Lloyd Hutchinson says minimal damage was done and no fire was reported.
