There has been a tragic update to an aggravated assault case we reported on earlier this week.
Napanee OPP report the victim of a violent family dispute in Amherstview 46-year-old Randall Clayton Brockwell has died.
Police responded to a home in the town Tuesday night where Brockwell was transported to hospital with serious life threatening injuries.
Nineteen-year-old Hannah Victoria Brockwell, was charged with Aggravated Assault. She was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Napanee court Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
The investigation is ongoing.
