A green energy company can keep its heavy equipment running.
According to a report at Countylive.ca, the Environmental Review Tribunal has said no to an application to put a hold on the clearing of land for a wind farm in Prince Edward County.
The Tribunal gave no reason for its decision.
The Alliance to Protect Prince Edward County had asked that land clearing be halted for the 27 turbine WPD White Pines development until a final ERT decision regarding danger to bats and turtles.
The Tribunal has not ruled yet.
