A Picton councillor says interesting and innovative ideas were brought forth at a youth forum Monday night.
About 40 young people attended the first Awaken the Youth Future Forum aimed at brainstorming ideas to solve the challenges associated with living in the County.
Lenny Epstein describes one of the thought-provoking ideas.
Epstein says now the group organizers will compile the notes into a public document and create smaller working groups where youth will drive the ideas.
Ideas brought forth ranged from entertainment and employment to transportation and the environment.
